They sold me a car with a cracked transmission. I bought the extended warranty with the vehicle. As soon as I got it home I called the next day telling them it was leaking in my garage. They told me to take it to a shop. I did and the warranty company denied my claim. I called and vented my frustration and they said it wasn't leaking when they had it. It was leaking at the CV joint as well, costing me 700.00 the oil was leaking from the oil pan. I thought all vehicles were inspected ? Not happy with them at all.

My experience with Roper was soo easy and quick. They were really patient with me while I got my stuff together in order to purchase my awsome new to me used RAM Truck. Thank you Cory for this purchase.
