I was with them almost 10 years and just now found out they never renewed my policy last year. Not sure what the problem was but never even got a phone call, I have tried calling them multiple times and every time get an answering machine and no return phone call.
This is a review I hate to post. We have been with Roper Insurance for 10 years or more. The service we received was usually reasonable. Not fantastic by any means. In the last 12 months, we had our policy cancel twice for basic issues that were immediately resolved once we were aware of them. We had to fix the issues ourself.
