I was treated very nasty when I checked the lady at the front gave me a hard time about my bill and insurance ! She had me in tears told me if I didn't sign the paperwork to pay I would not be getting my MIR ! the way she treated me is no way anyone should be treated ! I finely had to show my letter from insurance that I was approved for both insurance and she still gave me a hard time on the bill told me I only had one !
