I was treated very nasty when I checked the lady at the front gave me a hard time about my bill and insurance ! She had me in tears told me if I didn't sign the paperwork to pay I would not be getting my MIR ! the way she treated me is no way anyone should be treated ! I finely had to show my letter from insurance that I was approved for both insurance and she still gave me a hard time on the bill told me I only had one ! Even I was impressed by the positive review I wrote about my experience last week having my MRI at JI Roper Hospital Diagnostics. It was all about the professionalism, the kindness and the patience of every employee! Unfortunately, it slipped off the screen & I cant find it!! But I think I covered the most important aspects of my MRI experience at JI Roper Hospital. Id just like to express my appreciation to the whole staff! Thank you!
