Showed up for my 1st appointment at 11"30 and was told I missed it, that it was at 11am. Checked my phone, and I was 10 minutes early (text confirmation on two different days). I was then told "it was a glitch and I'd have to reschedule " zero apology, just a blank stare. I took time off from work, drove 20 miles to be told this. The unprofessionalism is as mind blowing as the receptionists attitude. Avoid this place and go somewhere else
