I've used Ropers 3 times for major repairs. This past time I had them look at my AC issue. At no time was I told it would be a 67.50 charge for a estimate. I was not told until it was done. He rubbed sea salt into my $700 car estimate. Any other business would tell you up front.
I used to trust this place but in the last year I have had questionable experiences. Firstly, when I attempted to ask the mechanic about repairs to my car, he thought I was about to blame something on him and told me it wasnt he who repaired my car but some random "Juan". It was in fact the guy that I was talking to (I forgot his name).
