I agree with the aforementioned comment. It took over a month to get an appointment for today, Feburary 25th. My 96 year old mother's appointment was for 10:40 a.m. Here it is 1:12 p.m. and we are still waiting to see the doctor. Our time is as important as the doctor's. Imagine what would happen if we left the doctor waiting as long as we have been waiting. This type of service is not respectable.
Took my mom to this eye doctor today for an emergency eye appointment. I am a very understanding person and with it being a last minute appointment I can understand why the wait would be a little longer. But her appointment was at 1:40pm and we did not leave the eye doctors until 5:20pm. The doctor himself was very kind and pleasant to be around but we should not have sat at the office for over 4 hours to get basic exams and to talk to the doctor.
