Restrictive return policy! I bought my wife a Christmas gift there and the went to return it. 7 day return...and only for store credit - ouch! I was told this return policy is customary at “Boutiques”. My mistake. Usually great customer service extends to returns, etc.

I have been shopping here for over a year now. I love the selection and the customer service. They are always very attentive. I love that they bring items to the dressing room that I overlooked or didn't see potential in on the rack. They have an amazing unique selection of jewelry. My favorite is Taylor and Tressier. The only negative is that I spend too much because there too many things I love!
