I especially want to thank Matthew, who took the time to help me understand the process and worked tirelessly to get my insurance to cover the entire roof replacement—even when they initially only approved a small portion. He made everything so easy, and the whole team was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!
We had ice dam and hail damage on our roof and I tried using a different roofing company to get it repaired. The process was long and didn't end up fixing anything after going through my home owners insurance. Rooval was able to fix my entire roof within a few weeks. They worked directly with my insurance and made sure it was all taken care of. The installation was excellent and I love how upfront and honest they are are.
