This office saved me! They gave me a same-day root canal after another office ignored me for 2 weeks which the delay may have led me to develop an infection. Dr. Cho was gentle and knowledgeable and I nearly fell asleep in the chair after the injections were over and the root canal began. Louis at the front desk was able to do some scheduling magic to fit me in and I couldn’t be more grateful to both of them.
I've been to many dental clinics before, but this one truly had the best service from beginning to end. Dr. John Lee. He explained everything so clearly and thoroughly. What really stood out to me was the way they handled the anesthesia. Normally, other clinics just inject the anesthesia right away, which can be quite painful. But here, they first applied a numbing cream to my gums before using the needle, which made the injection almost painless. I really appreciated that extra care. Dr Lee and the staff couldnt have been nicer. Great overall experience with my procedure and all else.
I needed help with my root canal ASAP and was desperately looking all around. I was referred to this location and was nervous but they were able to accommodate me. Not all my previous dentist appointments has been pleasant, but when I arrived it was so different. the staff was so kind and Dr. Annie was amazing and took great care of me. she was patient and very attentive through the whole process. Good experience. Clean place and Dr. Lee was thorough, and he listened. The entire front desk staff, especially Sam, were pleasant, happy, and very helpful
