This was one of the most unprofessional experiences I've had. Also very dissapointing because there is always talk about giving support to businesses and the same businesses take advantage of this. This was my first and would be my only visit here. First of all, the address takes you a set of condominiums. There is absolutely no sign that shows she has a business anywhere there. The service here is wonderful. I received a flat twist/two strand combo a week ago and it still looks fresh. The owner does a wonderful job setting up a relaxing environment. Loved that she communicated each step through the process.
