Rootsbnb was awesome to deal with. We rented a place for 5 weeks with 2 dogs. When we didn’t have enough supplies they delivered some immediately. When we reached out to them with any concerns they responded very quickly. What a great company to deal with! Made our moving period much easier.

I stayed at RootsBNB for five months and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The accommodation was perfect—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The house itself was amazing, with everything I needed for a long-term stay. What truly set RootsBNB apart was the outstanding customer service. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience, always responsive and attentive to any needs. I have stayed at many places over the last couple years for work and travelling with my two Labradors. This was easily one of the best if not the best locations. Fully fenced yard for the dogs to play in. Fence latch broke and they fixed it the same day. Water heater was leaking one day and they came and fixed it immediately. No complaints and great hosts. I will be using this rental 100% if it’s available on my next trip to grande Prarie.
