I stayed at RootsBNB for five months and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The accommodation was perfect—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The house itself was amazing, with everything I needed for a long-term stay. What truly set RootsBNB apart was the outstanding customer service. The hosts went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience, always responsive and attentive to any needs. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a top-notch Airbnb!
I have stayed at many places over the last couple years for work and travelling with my two Labradors. This was easily one of the best if not the best locations. Fully fenced yard for the dogs to play in. Fence latch broke and they fixed it the same day. Water heater was leaking one day and they came and fixed it immediately. No complaints and great hosts. I will be using this rental 100% if it’s available on my next trip to grande Prarie.
We enjoyed our stay and overall had a wonderful experience. There were a few things that need adjustment though. The door from the kitchen should be repaired so that it locks easily. The weather was extremely hot and we found the windows in the living are hard to open and would not stay up. The house is beautiful and it was perfect for our girls get away.
