I have been coming to roots for the past 3 years and have seen Kaylee for 2! I most recently got a full balayage and she crushed it. I always get so many compliments on my hair. Lexi Peterson is an absolute hair wizard! Her creativity is unmatched, and she gave me the perfect look. This was my first time getting extensions, and she made the process so easy, explaining all the necessary care in detail. She also recommended amazing products and was incredibly knowledgeable. On top of that, she’s hilarious—she’s actually an unrecognized stand-up comedian, and I was laughing the entire appointment. A 10/10 experience—she truly slays! I highly recommend booking with her.
