Rooots Tree & Property Services is "Top Drawer" in my Book. Story(CEO) & his right hand man (Jimmy) are truly the best of the best. Highly professional, courteous, and friendly. Estimates were held to even when the job proved a bit more complicated. Impressive company from the very to the last trimmings gathered up and carted away. Problem solving techniques to mitigating dead and dangerous trees (some exceeding more than 80') safely and efficiently was a work of art. They are that good!.
We had an excellent experience with the ROOTS arborist team that removed two large, damaged trees from our property. The trees were both on a very steep slope. The Roots team were professional from start to finish, arriving on time, working efficiently, and keeping the area safe and tidy throughout the process. Story was great to work with. Showed up on time, proactive communication, worked hard, had the right tools and all at good honest prices. Story took out a tree, hauled yard debris, and put in a fresh gravel drive for us in Kingston. We will hire him again next time we need help!
