My son has been attending Roots Sports Performance for over 2 years. He's made excellent strides in his overall sports performance in that time frame playing both club hockey and lacrosse. We recently moved to 2 sessions a week and his gains in speed and strength really increased dramatically. We will continue to attend RSP until he leaves for prep school. We had a great experience with Mo and Max. They ran a well-balanced program that combined strategy, intensity, and problem-solving training. They also provided structured feedback, which we really appreciated. I would definitely consider future programs with them for my soccer player.

Jake has been excellent at coaching me through high school and into my collegiate career, whether that be in the gym to get faster and stronger, or on the field to help me with my skill and confidence. I highly recommend RSP and Match Fit to anyone looking to skyrocket their athletic performance!

The best! Worth the time for athletes looking to get stronger, faster, and train in a highly competitive environment before going off to school! I definitely saw a big difference going into preseason and the spring season after training here.
