I'm a junior soccer player at Saint Anselm College and first started coming to Roots the summer of 2024 and my only regret is not joining this program sooner! My experience at Roots has been so amazing, not only because of the brilliant coaching but because of all the people who makes Roots Sports Performance what it is. Two of my sons have been working out with Roots Sports Performance for nearly a year now. I can’t say enough about what a wonderful experience they have had. They always look forward to attending their sessions and have remained committed even during busy sports and school schedules.
