Sent private message with no response (they read post via messenger): This salon from my experience and from other reviews I’ve read, charges without notifying the client. My daughter is 9 btw and they tried to add a $31 dollar fee to her already $35 haircut because it needed to be thinned out. I have this done routinely and have never been charged (even at this exact chain salon). They refunded $20 and said they would only charge $10 extra for “bangs” (even though she didn’t get them)… I don’t think I should have to pay ex... read more
