I will say I love the idea of this place but the coffee just sucks. The exspesso is sour and just not good.
Roots is always such a homey experience! Every drink is always super unique (LOVED the summer drinks this year and always recommend a Camellia) and the light bites are perfect. The environment is truly a vibe, always playing the best music, plants everywhere, and the kindest baristas everywhere. Love coming on Saturdays before going to the farmers market and looking forward to visiting the New Orleans location!

I loved coming here to do work and get work done bc the vibes are nice. However, i was told to leave bc i bought an outside matcha in while sitting down for my daily work session. I have spent lots of money here buying waters, drinks event croissants. I no longer ordered their matcha’s, so i always plan to purchase while there to make sure i am still supporting whether that’s a water, etc. I do understand a business having a “no outside drinks policy”.
