The owner was rude and unprofessional when I complained. Said "you got what you paid for."
Filed a complaint with the Connecticut DCP. They have a history of complaints.
The crew was smoking inside the house despite being told not to. Whole place smelled like cigarettes.
We had a few rooms painted, but the results were disappointing. While the walls look fine from a distance, up close there are visible roller marks and uneven coverage in certain areas. A couple of spots near the ceiling and trim were missed entirely. It didn’t give the fresh, updated feel we were hoping for, and the overall finish feels rushed rather than professionally done.
