Great environment and amazing care!!
I had a 5 star but changing it to a one star solely due to the behavior of the office manager Mathew. He never listens and constantly interrupts. I also want to let everyone know who reads the reviews that the 5 star reviews are begged for and paid for. Reviews should be unsolicited, authentic, and certainly not paid for. $25 for each 5 star review. Larisa is an awesome NP with tons of knowledge. The labs she ordered really helped me see what was going on with my health. The office staff are also fast at replying which is very nice. Thank you, Roots Medical! **Edit- I was told follow ups were $165. I was told after my follow up is $199 for any labs and tests. Only nutrition follow ups are $165. I have a very good memory, and I don't remember being told a distinction between the two. Even the menu I was sent said follow ups were $165. I don't like being surprised.
