Abigail is amazing, she helps release knot and tension on my back and feet. She’s also friendly and made me feel comfortable during massage. highly recommend her.

Run, don’t walk, to a massage with Lydia at Roots. Top two massage of over 30 yrs. receiving massages. Lydia accommodates your preferences perfectly (even anticipates); great variety of techniques; clearly invested in staying current in the profession; and… excellent draping technique!
I have only had one massage so far but will continue to go. Jessica is an amazing massage therapist, she is kind and gentle and very respectful . It was a hard place to find, but I found it . And it was well worth it .😁
