During the last several years of her life I had the great fortune of being able to have Roots provide care for my Senior dog. She was seen as a patient at Roots from May 2023 until her passing last month, Feb 2026. She was mostly treated by Dr. Sosa but also, occasionally by Dr. Lassen. I'm pretty hippie boujee and this place hits -- excellent experience from arrival to departure. Have never had a veterinarian be so deliberate while taking the time to explain ways to exercise and play with my pup. Went home to play more with my 15 yo chihuahua and I saw excitement on his face that made him look like a puppy. Grateful for the reminder to make time to play with the dogs as well as walk them. The best experience we have ever had with a vet. Felt at ease the moment we arrived. Dr. Jordan and her tech were wonderful with our cat Haley, and felt we couldn't have been in better hands.
