We reached out hoping for an in-person consultation in Carrollton. My wife and I were seeking expert advice that this physician was recommended online as being able to provide. no prescriptions needed, yet were flatly refused. Citing Dr. Limosnero’s lack of Arkansas licensure and cryptic “DEA regulations,” the practice won’t see out-of-state patients even when they travel to her Texas office.
