My wife and I used Roots on the recommendation of a family member and we are glad we did. Bill took his time and did a very thorough inspection of the house we were interested in. Going through the process for the first time, we had a lot of questions and Bill took the time to answer every one in way that was easy for us to understand. Roots Home Inspection was amazing and easy to work with for the inspection of our new home. They were flexible with scheduling understanding that we needed to coordinate multiple people to be onsite at our new house on the same day. The inspector took time to explain to us each piece of the inspection and recommended local resources to assist with upgrade projects that we asked about. Our inspection report was sent to us the next business day. Overall fantastic experience!

Roots did our home inspection for our new house and I couldn’t recommend them enough. Bill Sr was very permeable and knowledgeable when walking through the house with us.
