Used Roots for an inspection on a condo I purchased. Booking an appointment with Roots was extremely smooth and got an appointment very quickly, working with Melanie was great! Bill Root himself was very thorough with the inspection, pointed out some things he recommended I keep an eye on post home closing as they could eventually become an issue.
