The team at Roots did a fantastic job installing our HVAC system. From initial quote to final cleanup, the process was seamless. The crew was professional, conscientious of our home (laying down drop cloths and working diligently) and left the area spotless. Before leaving Tom S, who fantastic throughout a six day project, walked us through our system and smart thermostat. Everything was explained in a clear, easy to understand way. These folks are great and can't recommend them enough.
I started working with Root's after I had a new furnace and central air conditioning installed by another company here in Alpena. I had nothing but issues with the installation and dealing with the company afterwards. I finally called Roots and they came out found and fixed the issues with those so I had them come out and replaced my water heater. They are a great company and the employees are very knowledgeable and friendly. I will be using Root's from here on out.
This company is amazing so they send you a text when they’re on their way. Very personable very nice. Had a tuneup done on my furnace. He replaced a little part no big deal was missing a few points. I did join their maintenance plan works for me .very beneficial. Something you should look into you receive discounts on parts. Plus they come out once a year For preventative maintenance/tuneup.
