We put a furnace and A/C unit in a rental 6 months ago. A/C isn’t working on these 100 degree days! We’ve been trying to contact Root’s only to find out that they went out of business! So what about the warranty???
It appears Roots Heating and Cooling has sold while in the middle of a job at my home! Very disappointed that I was not informed and left high and dry
Customer service is amazing. The guys that came out to do the work are friendly and thorough. I recommend a roots, for all of your heating and cooling.
Great experience with Root’s Heating and Cooling. I received a text stating that Mason was on his way and he arrived promptly and began troubleshooting. He had the unit fixed and running within a half hour.
