I moved to Oakville recently and someone recommended this place. This was my third time going to them, got smoothening treatment done in last visit. Booked an appointment and received a confirmation of the booking. Reached there on time and waited for 15 mins after which I was told that they double booked. I was told to come back later even though other person had not reached yet. Reason given was because she knew her. Worst customer service. Would never go to them again.
They're great! My cut and style were exactly what I was looking for.
