My husband and I went to Roots Garden Center for the first time looking for plants for a flower bed around a seating area. The person who helped us was very nice and welcoming. He asked us questions about the area we were planting in, gave us some plant suggestions and answered all of our questions regarding the plants I had said I wanted. The plants we decided on are doing very well in their new bed. We will be going back for more plants for future projects.
I’m so thankful Roots chose this location to open their business. Makes my life and gardening so much easier. Close to home and work. They have a great selection of plants and gardening products to choose from and buying the soil and mulch in bulk makes it that much better. Very friendly and helpful staff to help you is another plus. I’d much rather support small business as I myself am a business owner. I highly recommend them.
Not impressed. We went on a Wednesday afternoon and they told us a yard of mulch would be 3 truck bed fulls. We drove 2 trucks and it barely filled one. The employees didn’t know the pricing. When asked where a specific Lilly was, they didn’t know so we just asked where the one were that would bloom in spring and summer . They pointed us to the ones that only bloom in spring. I just stopped by and bought a bunch of indoor plants. They were priced well and he helped me pick out plants that were good for the lighting I was working with. I’ll definitely be back in the spring!
It's a great nursery!! Scott has very unique plants .if he doesn't have something you want , just ask him because more then likely he can get it .
