Roots did an outstanding job with the flowers for my mother in law’s service, including a last minute arrangement when I realized the afternoon before that we didn’t have flowers for the memorial/picture table. I’m pretty peculiar (read: picky and not easily impressed) so I was skeptical but the funeral director put Bill on the phone and he intently listened to my vision and let me tell you, he DELIVERED. Ordered dozen red roses. Asked to keep it simple with addition of white and green only. Sent 11 roses (red and yellow) and two different type of purple flowers. Called to discuss with them and was told to just ask for Bill next time. Discounted from $100 to $75. Didn't fix the arrangement and still charged me for the flowers.
I ordered a medium sized planter for $65 for my mother in law's funeral. I was very, very upset by the product that was delivered to the service. 1 plant in a hanger style container no more than 10 inches wide. 1 plant! The description for this order shows an arrangement with at least 5 different types of plants in a wicker style container. Poor service, very poor. Will do my best to never give a recommendation of this business.
