I cannot recommend Dr. Riana enough! I started seeing her a few months into my pregnancy, and she has played such a huge role in helping me feel my best throughout this journey. We started taking my son to roots at 3 months as he had such bad reflux and we saw such an amazing difference! Dr. Riana is INCREDIBLE! She is so thoughtful, knowledgeable and is so great with kids. My son absolutely loves her and has a huge smile every time we enter the office! He has developed so well and we also saw such a difference in tummy time and rolling! I can't say enough good things about the care I have received. I learned my baby was breech at 32 weeks and had turned on his own by 34 weeks but at my 36 week appointment he was back to being breech. At that time I came to Roots. Dr. Riana not only turned him within a week- so he was no longer breech and helped me avoid an ECV but keep him in the correct position. The exercises and stretches she provides also helped me feel less tight and better physically during pregnancy.
