I can't recommend Roots Family Chiropractic enough! Dr. Tom and Dr. Riana are both incredible and truly care about their patients. Dr. Riana has been an amazing support throughout my pregnancy. She used the Webster Technique to help keep me comfortable and aligned, and she played a big part in helping me have a smoother pregnancy. We found Roots in a desperate place after our poor newborn would cry >50% of her time awake no matter what we would do. Within a week, she was able to be put down, started burping better and relaxing. Our fussy baby is now our happy (!!) thriving baby (we truly get comments all the time about how happy she seems and I always think if you could have seen her before). I am so grateful for Dr. Riana at Roots! I only wish we came sooner to save our sanity and help our sweet baby feel better.
Fantastic, family-friendly and effective practice. My family and I came to Roots for postpartum care (wish we had come sooner) and we were very happy to find a truly kind and caring chiropractor in both Dr. Riana and Dr. Tom, updated facilities, easy scheduling, and a very informative practice. Our regular adjustments and care helped my infant to latch better which was a top goal. Highly recommend and am so happy to have found this practice.
We love Dr. Riana and Dr. Tom! They are both wonderful with our baby. We’re starting to see good progress with his colic and overall digestion.
My husband and I have been going to Roots Family Chiropractic since February. It is about a 15 minute session for both of us. We don’t know what kind of alchemy Dr. Riana uses (lol) but the treatments have helped significantly with my sciatica and sleep issues and my husband’s neck pain and headaches!
