I can't say enough good things about the care I have received. I learned my baby was breech at 32 weeks and had turned on his own by 34 weeks but at my 36 week appointment he was back to being breech. At that time I came to Roots. Dr. Riana not only turned him within a week- so he was no longer breech and helped me avoid an ECV but keep him in the correct position. The exercises and stretches she provides also helped me feel less tight and better physically during pregnancy.
Our young child was extremely colicy and when we brought them in. It took a couple of weeks but the improvements were night and day. The team here is very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. If your kid seems to be crying more than they should, bring them here. You won't regret it, I wish we knew about the earlier.
Would 100% recommend! They are so great with our baby and have helped him regulate his nervous system. Their scheduling is extremely flexible and easy to book on the app. We’ve loved the support they’ve provided our child as he’s grown starting from his newborn age.

I cannot recommend Roots Family Chiropractic enough. We began bringing my 5-year-old daughter in November after a grueling stretch of four ear infections in just six weeks.
