I love Roots!! I've taken everyone who visits from out of town here when they visit and everyone loves it! The service is wonderful and the food is always awesome! I highly recommend eating here!
Love the new look, I’m sure that was a massive loan added to the LLC. Now I have a suggestion, stop burning the food. No one likes burnt bits on there eggs, toast, and everything else. So I have a suggestion, you leveled up your atmosphere now level up your cooking.. after you scrap the flat top, use water and soak a thick kitchen towel rub it on the flat top works wonders for those bits and pieces.
