I had a lot of anxiety - it had been years since I was able to visit a dentist due to insurance issues and having horrible experiences with the dental offices actually covered by Care Oregon. I finally chose to pay out of pocket to ensure good care. I am so glad that Roots was suggested to me. Over the past 5 years I have had extensive dental problems and work done. And though my previous dentists were satisfactory, they had to refer me to outside specialists such as endodontists and periodontists only adding to the inconvenience and cost. I was recommended to try Roots for an extraction and implant and could not be happier with the work and results. They were so professional, compassionate and considerably less expensive. Literally, the best dental experience I've ever had. The staff are legitimately friendly and patient. Each member goes out of their way to make sure you feel welcome and understood. The care itself is exemplary. I was amazed at how much time they took and how meticulous they were with my cleaning. I really can't recommend this place enough. Would give 6 stars if I could!
This is the best dental office in the business. Shayla gave me a pain-free cleaning, Cameo is so helpful and friendly, it feels like visiting a friend's house when I go. I truly appreciate the staff being so caring. You set the standards of what a visit should be.
The person at the front desk was not friendly at all! Other than that, Great and amazing friendly staff - very detailed knowledgeable and professional. I was impressed with the doctor who talked to me about replacements for my teeth...very friendly with so much care and skills and quick turnaround overall knowledge and offered great recommendations and options for me.
