I have been attending Root cycle for over 6 yrs. All the instructors have amazing energy and are very motivating. I love that they offer early sessions so I can get my workout in before I start my day. I am so grateful to have Roots cycle in my life!

LOVE Roots Cycle! Been taking classes here for years and recently upgraded to the unlimited membership. So worth it! Having so many class options - not only cycle - but also Pilates, strength, etc. is such a treat. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming and facilities are clean and well maintained. So happy to have found this place years ago!
