I've been riding at Roots for almost 3 years now and there's no place I'd rather be! All of the instructors are amazing, and they all offer something a little bit different in their classes. I love the Cycle N Shred option, which incorporates 30 minutes of strength training after a 30 minute ride. Great variety, great people! That's why I'm over 400 rides down and plan to do many, many more!
Roots cycle is just the best! I've been coming here since they opened up many years ago. The energy in the room, the instructors, the music, I can't say enough good things about this place! 10/10 I would recommend to anyone I know!

I’ve only been coming to Roots Cycle for a couple of years after my friend introduced me to it. The lighting really sets the mood and lets you forget about your real-life worries for 45 minutes while you challenge yourself. The instructors are so friendly, outgoing and recognize the milestones, whether it be your 1st, 25th, 100th, or even 500th+ ride. Roots Cycle is great and your 1st ride is free :)
