Dave Heaton has been a wonderful therapist for me and my family. He Is incredibly knowledgeable and easy to talk to no matter what walk of life you come from. My attraction with the other therapists at roots counseling have all been positive and find them to be welcoming and inclusive on top of that. They have an adorable building and cute offices!

Very knowledgeable and kind 😇. Milton at Roots Counseling is really great to work with. His goal is to teach you how to self regulate and give you the tools you need to find more joy in this life. His approach is so refreshing and much different than other therapists, because he does not want to create a patient that has to keep coming back indefinitely. I recommend Milton 100%.

I cannot say enough positive things about Roots. From the moment I first reached out, I felt welcomed and respected. The staff is warm and professional, and they consistently go above and beyond to ensure clients feel supported every step of the way. The environment at Roots is peaceful and comfortable. After going to roots for over a year paying in full on a credit card for every visit I get a bill 6+ months after no longer going stating I owe for a full visit($220). Called reception and was given a run around. Today I got a call from a collection company stating I now owe $600+ for a visit that was over a year ago and I did in fact pay in full. The therapist are kind but I did not gain coping skills while attending weekly sessions.
