Today 06/12/26 I placed an order at Roots at Mueller. I ordered the wings for me, the big bird for a friend and fries, $20+. I should've canceled it when the guy finished with the lady before me & headed back to the kitchen like I wasn't standing there. I had to stop him & say, "before you go is that was my order sitting there waiting for me to pick up?" Then he walked over & saw it was my food. First time here, The Big Bird was excellent, but the side of fries was flavorless.
Not good and over priced.
Chicken quality was good but no flavor and very limited on sauces which is needed for this very plain chicken. Employee gave me the wrong sauce and chased me down for the swap of the correct one. Ordered the fries separately for $3.50, so not worth it, very small serving.
Unacceptably tiny for how expensive this was. Spent the car rode home excited about the food only to be so 😡 when I open it up I could have literally gotten anything else from anywhere else.
