Phil is the man. I’ve been going to Phil for about 8 years now. Fantastic haircuts, great conversation. Phil finally got the chance to open his own shop and it’s been amazing. Very cozy vibe inside. Plenty of drinks and snacks on hand. Go to check out the team at roots, you won’t regret it.
Been with Phil going on 8 years, every 3 weeks like clockwork. Just a great dude and barber - great cut and conversation every time. Phil’s even started cutting my son’s (3) hair - and is always super patient and flexible getting a good cut down on him! Amazing to see Phil grow and open his own shop - keep up the great work, Phil! I’ve been getting my hair cut by Phil for over 5 years, and he is without question the best barber I’ve ever had. Roots Barbershop is always spotless, fresh, and welcoming, and Phil makes every visit something to look forward to. He consistently finds time to fit me in, takes tremendous pride in his craft, and is an absolute pleasure to talk with. If you want a barber who genuinely cares about his clients and delivers every single time, Phil at Roots is the one.
Roots Barbershop is hands down one of the best shops around. Phill is an incredible barber and makes the whole experience more than just a haircut. I’ve also had cuts from Veronica and she’s great too. The atmosphere is relaxed and social, and you always leave looking sharp. Highly recommend!
I've been having Phil as a barber for two years. He has consistently given a variety of quality cuts with legitimately kind customer service. Phil takes the time to ensure quality work. Roots is a very relaxed and inviting kind of vibe. Your given a proper drink upon arrival. Shop has a kind of cool speak easy feel to it. The wait is never long.
