Instructors are great and very knowledgable. Five stars for them! But solid 1-2 stars for cleanliness. The facility is always kind of dirty. There is regularly hair and dirt in the corners. Maybe they have their staff do the cleaning, instead of an actual cleaning company. I wish it were cleaner. I hate walking on the floor barefoot.
Great facility, staff a friendly, pool is actually incredible for young kids and the handicap. We were sign up for a monthly subscription for classes in the gym and pool once a week. My daughter was about 20 months The gym was in a smaller room with mats for little kids it was great for fine motor skills and development. My three stars come from the swimming lesson, this was a fear based class and I didn’t like the techniques at all. All three of my kids go there and it is a great experience! Coach Nicole is amazing, as is Lacie! My son who has some anxiety though LOVES coach Jordon. He is amazing and makes the class very fun.
