I purchased the Womb Power and Fertility Shot Teas. I currently endure painful cycles because of my fibroids cyst. Womb power has given me relief ftom cramps and tempered other side effects that come with this condition. The fertility shot has also helped during ovulation. These two treatments have given me instant comfort and I'll be purchasing more soon!
I recently hosted an herbal training at the RootMama facilities. The space was clean and inviting. My participants were comfortable and our host, Freya was very helpful with setup and breakdown. If you are in the DFW area and need a training venue, I definitely recommend RootMama venue space.
Freya and her team have been a tremendous support to me. While I used another doula for my delivery, i reached out to RootMama for postpartum and lactation support. Freya was amazing and continues to be in our breastfeeding support group that I attend. I recommend her services if you are pregnant, nursing, or considering pregnancy. She is a true advocate for her clients.

Freya is the best advocate to have in your birthing room... She made sure I was completely aware and had a say in everything that happened. She was a major support throughout the pregnancy and delivery and I'm so glad to have had her be a part of my pregnancy and birthing experience.
