Rooter Plus is a rip off. BEWARE Expert scammers. Please beware once you agree to have them do the work for you, they are experts at sticking it to you. PLEASE STAY AWAY!! My wife called them and she was told we would get a high end water heater and the install would be $1050. They installed a $269 watter heater and charged us $450 for the water hearter, $200 in parts and $400 in labor for a 45 minute job. Bait and Hook, ALL THE WAY I called Rooter Plus for a simple septic pump job, thinking it would be around $200, at most $300 since that is what I was quoted. Before he even put his backhoe in the ground, he was talking like it would need additional work, as though we had called with a problem. Don't Get Ripped Off!! Rooter Plus is HORRIBLE!!!! What a rip off!!! Our bottom bedroom had a sewage backup due to a clogged sewer line. We were charged $450, told the piping was broken and that the line needed to be jetted which would cost another $450 and then it might be thousands of dollars to fix the break. Well, there is no break and I found another plumber using servicemajic.com and he jetted the line and ran the camera for $275. These people truly are expert SCAMMERS!!!
Great Plumbers!!! I had a plumbing problem and I called Rooter Plus. I was impressed with how quick they came out. They fixed the problem and it cost me less than I thought it would. Rooter Plus will be the plumbing company I will call from now on!!!
Fast Plumbing Service This is a great local plumbing company. They work on weekends without that high extra fee. They were very helpful in fixing and pumping our septic tank. They had some trouble with our tank, but in the end they did a great job. This is a great company, and I would recommend it to anyone.
Do your homework i feel absolutely scammed. We've had some heavy rains and I found that my septic tank was leaking. I called to have it pumped and they told me it would cost $195. They told me that due to Cherokee county regulation they had to charge me $315 for disposal. When it was pumped they called me over to give me the "bad news". It seems that my field lines are clogged and I have 3 choices. One do nothing and it will fill up again in a week. Two have the field lines pumped and jet cleaned with chemicals $2500. The Best Everyone, from the office personnel to the technicians, are great! They are all very knowledgable and take care of the problems, no matter how big or small, with proficiency.
Rip Off This is by far the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. They advertise free estimate and $195 special, then add extra fees. The manager went on a tirade about how they do not make money charging only $195 and have to find other problems to stay in business. Bad reviews on all websites. Beware.
