The technician was very pleasant but unfortunately, the sewer backed up within two days of the sewer drain service. The technician used a camera and was able to confirm that the problem area was on the city side of the sewer, versus on my property. I contacted the City as the technician suggested, but the city needed to know the specific location of the sewer problem, and if the technician had painted a mark on the driveway or sidewalk.
