There is nothing but praise for this company and it is owner! He called while on his way here to give us a heads up. Scott Bousquet was a very pleasant man to work with! He worked very fast, efficiently, and thoroughly! He cleaned up what little mess that was made by us and himself! I will use Rooter Tooter again for sure!!!!
I needed my kitchen drain unclogged. Scott from Rooter Tooter came over and quickly cleared mess. He was professional and was extremely neat and tidy for such a dirty job. He said he just moved to Gainesville and was a master plumber for 30 years. Thank you so much getting this done quickly.
Had a total remodel in my bathroom. Scott went into detail about the whole project, shower, tub, faucets , piping , water needed, brands of fixtures , etc. Everything installed was perfectly aligned. He knew exactly were everything should be placed. The bathroom looks amazing. Professional.
Prompt and polite, did not clean up after himself, was a little messy, identified problem but was a little expensive
He scammed my mom and didn't complete the job as requested.

This woman is incorrect I did not scam anybody I diagnosed her problem with the water heater and charged accordingly for a service call ! The problem that she had was a bad circuit breaker for her water heater I am not electrician and I am not licensed to go inside of electrical panel
He called within an hour of the posting and we set up a time to meet. He was on time, professional and came back the next day and completed the job.
Scott was on time, explained everything along the way, and was reasonably priced. Will definitely call him back.
Scott was proactive in reaching out to me and helping me through the process of replacing my water heater. He followed through on his commitment, showed up when he said he would, price was as quoted. He immediately showed up when minor adjustments needed to be made to the installation. I would definitely hire him again.
