Last year Rooter installed a water heater for us. Due to manufactory defect, the water heater was rusted quickly at the bottom. I talked to Frank about possible replacement. Under a very tight schedule, Frank sent a very capable worker Cesar to perfectly reinstall a new water heater for us. It is a beautiful work, making us so happy! Rooter is a very good company, they do wonderful work at a reasonable price. In this review, I would like to thank Frank and Cesar once more.

I can’t thank Morgan and Cooper enough for taking care of the old pipe issue in my house. I want to write this review as a token of appreciation. Both gentlemen were true professionals—offering only what was necessary, being fully transparent, and giving advice I could truly trust. This was the best plumbing experience I’ve ever had. Starting with Morgan, I had confidence that this large plumbing project would be completed in a timely and efficient manner. Ryan, my project technician, exceeded my expectations. He communicated with me at every step along the way, explaining what had been accomplished and what remained to be done. Notable is the mutual respect and rapport among the many individuals who worked on this job. Tks go out to Ryan, Morgan, Frank, Alejandro Hector, Caesar, Orlando, Jose and Abraham.

Please do your due diligence and do not blindly trust the plumbers’ advice based on tons of positive reviews. Before trusting, collect data and demand diagnostics. My condo floors were flooded and I suspected a slab leak. I was quoted $23K to repipe my entire unit without any plumbing tests after I requested confirmation testing. The plumber assumed it was a slab leak. Guess what? My copper pipes & drains are fine, no slab leak. What a great plumber I was told it was gonna be more and he ended up fixing the problem for a lot less I highly recommend this guy to anybody. He gives hope for humanity
