These people are scoundrels. Do not call them out when they try to rope you in with a $50 drain clean out. They will stick a camera down into your drain and intentionally leave it out of focus and claim they don't know what it is Karma but they have to use jackhammers in claim that your plumbing was not putting correctly when the house was built. Sean S was very thorough with his explanation of estimate. Arturo ran a camera 75 feet down my drain lines while Sean explained everything we saw. Thankfully the lines were clear. Arturo replaced my toilet and angle valve. Total time was approximately 1 hour 15 minutes. Arturo did a very professional job. Very happy with my experience. Definitely will recommend Rooter Solutions!
I called these Rooter Solutions earlier today after one of my clients reported a clogged toilet. I am a Contractor and estate manager and deal with plumbers and service-related companies on a daily basis. Rooter Solutions was exceedingly organized and quick and from initial outreach to being on site was just over an hour and a half. DO NOT CALL THIS COMPANY. They came out on a Sat told me they would be here on Monday morning to fix my shower they called monday said they could come another day later when i was told they would be at my house . not good service
Martin of Rooter Solutions was diligent and persevered to clear the pipe of my sink. He was conscientious in leaving the work space as clean he encountered it. He was accompanied by Ben, a personable regional manager, who helped to interpret the process and plumbing parts of the service call. I would not hesitate to use them again.
