They were to come to replace one part that whirlpool supplied and referred them for the repair due to warranty. They went to the home with out the homeowner being there. Then sent this elderly couple that is on a fixed income a bill for over $770 which is more than what they could have replaced the hot water heater for. They now are threating this couple with turning it over to collection. They can't provide any paperwork with the home owners signatures on it. They installed the incorrect pump for my septic holding tank - after being told by the AR State plumbing inspector which pump to install (they still installed a cess pump not a grinder pump). The cess pump they installed cost $1300 when the grinder pump was only $500. 2 mos later the cess pump they installed burnt up because it was not the correct pump for my holding tank - warranty would not cover it because it had been incorrectly installed. In April 2015 I hired Nuckles and Son to do a major plumbing job for a property I own an the job was very well done. I was and still am very pleased with their work and will continue to use them for all my plumbing needs.
