Carlos was friendly and did a nice and neat job repairing an exterior water leak. He did a professional job and everything was completed and squared away quickly.
Jarred was prompt and clearly communicated my options with me. He kept me updated and was very knowledgeable about my options. He was patient and did a great job. Only giving 4 stars becuase the work is still in process but going well so far! Would definitely use rooter ranger again.
Supervisor of job went on vacation in middle of work. They did complete the job in a timely manner. However the techs the supervisor and the customer were never on the same page. Price was reasonable but the super was only interested in upselling. I will say they were very careful to isolate the work from the rest of house keeping dust down.
Ripped me off for 9k.. lied about performing a hydrojet and blockage that actually didn't exist. Quoted me $20k to dog up floor and fix. I later called the real plumber who investigated the problem and showed me that the blockage was fake number one. And number two that they never could have done a hydrojet in the amount of time they were there. They literally had the hydrojet at my house for less than an hour. These companies are scams stay away and get a real plumber. I should have sued them in civil court
