Be careful. They came and did two diagnostics to determine how to repair a leak in a urinal. After the 2nd diagnostic, I was told I'd have a full estimate by the end of the next day (Friday of last week). That didn't happen, so I called Monday morning and asked for help. I was told someone would reach out to me right away. Didn't happen. I called back Monday afternoon again to ask for help. Was told I'd get a call. Didn't happen. Ian Cutlip- did a fantastic job at my home he cut out tile and took out the rotted pipe. He was courteous, respectful, cleaned up behind his work, he always kept me informed on what he was doing. You all have yourselves a fantastic employee. Lydia Valdez, Tucson, Az. I had a warranty, old pipes, cogged lines.
