After a 25k home over haul, I gave you and your technicians a 5 star rating. Now that everything is complete we have been ghosted. I've made 4 requests and All I want is for my room to be cleaned so I can move back in. 2 messages left No response. Still waiting to get back into my room. This is not good service.
Service Requested: Unclog Sewer lines Quality and Value = Poor I had a back up and I called for a $33 special to unclog my drain. Luis, a technician, initially was professional and pleasant to work with. However I felt he "trapped" this single mother with a sick child (intestinal) and a backed up drain to convince me he couldn't unclog the drain by snake and he had to hydro flush. Rafael came to my house literally with 30-40min of calling, he was polite, honest, quick , efficient and extremely professional. I had a very simple clogged bathroom sink and he provided me the rooter ranger special at the time. Im very impressed by the level of professionalo and transparency.
I don't know how these guys are in their Plumbing skills, but at least one of their drivers needs remedial driving lessons. He rolled through a stop sign at a well-known bike trail and nearly ran over me. I called to report his vehicle and Google noted that I called them and asked me to give a review so here it is!
Terrible customer service. With a weekend clogged kitchen drain, I booked an appt online for Monday. I received a text on the day of appt at 4:30AM saying I was on their schedule for that day, but they did not have a time yet. I received 2 more texts later in the morning, saying the same thing and telling me they would give me 30 minutes notice when the technician was on their way.
