I called and they said they would be out that day only reason I chose them. I get messages I will be helped as soon as they can. I ask for estimate time just so I can go to store. They say they are not sure they will call when he is on his way to my house. I get a message that he won't make it till 6pm to 10pm if I want to do it the next day we can. I said that's fine I will be here waiting. about 710 pm new message says they won't make it I can reschedule. So wasted an entire day and still have broken sink. do not use them ... read more

We had a collapsed sewer line in our home. The sewage backed up in our shower and we were not able to use our kitchen, bathroom, or washer. Ramero (RJ) came out and found the break. It required opening a 6X6 hole in our kitchen. Ramero treated our home as if it was his own. He kept us in the loop on what was happening and showed us videos of the sewer line before and after repairs. He must of spent two hours cleaning up the kitchen after the repair was made. I was very happy with the service I received from Rooter Ranger. Their guys showed up on a Holiday and cleared my drain. Did not leave a mess and got it done quickly and smoothly for the same price advertised. Now when does that happen? Thank you Rooter Ranger for being my Hero of the day!

Rooter Ranger took an extra long time, 6 days to fix the main line. That is without a working toilet!!! 3 days of digging, the people didn't care, they took off early and did not have good follow up. After over $3000 cleanout and main line replacement. Main line backed up just 2 1/2 weeks later and they refused to come look or do anything about it. I would not recommend nor hire this company again. Very bad communication and service.
