Do NOT use this Company. I used the first time with fantastic results for a bathroom backup, showed up within in hours. Second time, for a kitchen sink backup, which is now a month later, and they said they don't service this area - after their plumber Frank said they would be here yesterday via text, he didn't show, so I continued to text him, no reply. I finally called main # again, and now they don't service the area, tomorrow will be two days.

Juan and Jose were dispatched to address a slow drain in my bathroom. They were professional and explained the challenges with accessing the pipe in my vanity. They were able to address the pop up assembly issue in the other sink and solved the problem quickly. They cleaned up after themselves as well.

Had a great experience with Rooter Ranger. Had to have a piece of 70year old clay pipe replaced. Frank and the team were great! Great communication, very professional and friendly. Morgan and Frank did the initial eval and planning and then Juan and Jose came in and carried out the work - and they were friendly and very professional and HARD workers! Will definitely use them again. Pics are the hole they dug and then the restoration of the original path.
