DO NOT USE! A definite scam. Came to do a routine pump and told us we needed to repair our leach pipes to the tune of $3500. Staged a picture to look like the tank was overfilled (didnt even remone the filter) and only checked one side of the tank. Definitely made it look very official. Had another company (W&W Septic, which I highly recommend) come out that afternoon, and they removed the filter, everything was good.
I would give 0 stars if I could. Called on Thursday about needing my small lift station tank pumped out and was told they couldn't get to it until friday between 12 and 4 but to make an appointment and somebody would be here. Got a call at 1pm that friday telling me they got stuck on bigger jobs this morning and wouldn't be coming until monday. I asked to speak to a manager, asked why appointments are apparently meaningless, and he told me he couldn't make me happy and to call somebody else and hung up on me. I've never writ... read more
Im giving them 1 star because they came out to pump my tank. And the guy said that my septic tank was shot. There were roots growing out of it and I would need a whole new system installed. If they were to pump it could be anywhere between $1500 and $2000. And that pumping it may not even help. And a new system would be anywhere between $5,000 and $12,000. I had another company come out and check out my tank and he said there was clearly nothing wrong with it. Yes there were some roots but not that bad and they werent affect... read more
Beware! Beware! SCAM! This place will scam you! They won’t provide an estimate BEFORE the work is done! They charge $1,800 for a chemical that’s $10 a bottle. If that’s even what is really in it. The “manager” will not tell you what is in the almost $2,000 chemical. They overcharge for EVERYTHING. Do not trust this company They won’t communicate, and they will sign you up for financing with another company without making it clear! This company will see me in court! This place is a complete rip off!
DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! I called on Friday and was told the soonest someone could be out to pump septic was the following Wednesday. I said I would make an appointment but will still call around to see if I could get someone out sooner. Then I was told someone could come out between 8-12 on Easter Sunday. I wanted to make sure it wouldn't be just for my appointment and was assured that techs are working that day as they are busy this time of year. So I said that would be great.
