I don't typically leave reviews, but I feel that this one is necessary. I hired this company to simply unclog my main line. They ended up charging me a higher rate because they couldn't get to my house in time; They stated that because it was after hours, they would have to charge more. Then upon not clearing the line, they charged me an additional $329.00 to pull a toilet! I was not made aware of this additional charge, they simply charged it. This plumbing company has predatory practices. Do not give them your credit card number. They will charge against it ruthlessly and it will be hard to get your money back.
I called RPM on a Saturday because of a leak (we had to keep the water shut off until someone could help us). Our tech was there within 2 hours! Ivan was courteous and did an excellent job with repairs. Pricing was also very reasonable, considering the amount of work that needed to be done. He fixed the leak quickly and affordably!
