Definitely a five star operation, and I’d give Nathan six stars if I could! I called at eight in the morning and Nathan was here before noon. I had him once previously….he is totally knowledgeable, friendly, and an extremely hard worker. He always thoroughly explains everything I ask him. Highly recommend Rooter-Matic and Nathan!
All I can tell you is Nathan is the best at what he does. If I could give 10 stars I would , he deserves a raise and I would recommend him and his company. I’ve dealt with big box companies, and Nathan is fair, knowledgeable, and gets the job done.
Had a floor drain that I thought was clogged but turns out there is P-trap on it and Nathan let me know that it was supposed to hold some water in it. We still tested it for proper draining. As a first time home owner, I asked Nathan a lot of questions and he answered them all! Was very informative and helpful. We did snake out 1 drain that was believed to be frozen, and ran water to confirm drainage. Very happy with service and will definitely reach out for services if needed again
