Dustin came out last night for emergency service! He did great - very knowledgeable and patient. Will work with them again in the future when needed!
Would NOT recommend. Came out to do an augur job and had the same issue within a week. Did not stand by their work and wanted to charge me $260 again. Roto-Rooter has a 3-month warranty on their services. Will not be going back to them. Very disappointed.
Rooter-Matic did a great job of repairing our sewer drain. They arrived on time, worked extra hours with no extra charge, and were professional and courteous! I highly recommend them.
Had Dustin respond to a call at 7:30 on a Friday night; he was on-site quickly, and got our drains unclogged in no time! Will definitely call Rooter-Matic again
