I say overpriced but that is only because I got this service after hours. Austin did a fantastic job in a timely manner. Kudos to Austin!
Tree roots in the main cast iron sewer line under the house. Rootermatic removed the roots cleaned the pipe, camera inspected the pipe and applied a tough epoxy coating inside the pipe to seal the cracks and strengthen the sewer line. Great job, cleaned the mess up and reported a problem with the line in the street, which the City of Pekin street department subsequently repaired successfully. I paid $9k for a job their competitor bid at $24k! I would definitely recommend Rootermatic!
Excellent service by Nathan! Knowledgeable, considerate, conscientious, pleasant, and professional. Additionally, when he arrived, he told me that he had a migraine headache, and I could see his pain. During the appointment he did not become cranky or short with me because of his migraine....and I asked a lot of questions. Such quick turn around when our basement backed up! When other companies told us we would have to wait 1-2 days before they could assist Rooter-Matic responded and had someone at our door in an hour! As a family with 7 kids and multiple others in and out we were beyond grateful for the quick response and fix! They assessed, fixed and cleaned up their mess seamlessly! Thank you Rooter-Matic!
I hired them and they came out to one of my rentals and then I never heard back. They didn't fix the clog and didn't call. Had they just said they couldn't do it I would have been fine with that, but who doesn't say anything and doesn't even respond back? It was very unprofessional and I hope that in the future they make better choices.
