We had the same issues as the other reviewers. Reginald Jennings came to our house in a van that was for mixed media and reeked of marijuana. Our house still reeks of him. He chipped our marble shower and then asked for an exorbitant price for his faulty service. Do not be scammed by this guy!
The company Rooter Man is a completely fraudulent entity. The owner is Reginald Jennings. He is also the only technician working for the company and he is a well trained con artist. He comes to your home and diagnoses what he says is the problem regarding a clogged drain. After he is unable to open the drain, he comes up with another issue that may be causing the original problem. I called this place thinking it was roto-rooter and the guy that answered said they were. I asked if they charged for estimates and they said no and that they had to let their guy look at it and couldn’t give me any ballpark figure over the phone. They said they’d be out the next day between 7-9.
