Service call was great fast and easy problem located shower fixed drain cleared.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. They lure you in with a $49 drain cleaning special then come out to your property and say you have a serious issue. They quoted me $6500 for a "descale" and $17000 to reroute my drains. I called another local plumber and they used a chain snake to "descale" my drains for a few hundred bucks and it fixed my issue. Not sure how this company is still in business with their fraudulent business practices. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS.
Had a backed-up kitchen sink and called this company on a Sunday. The plumber showed up and said the "camera guy" wasn’t available until the next day. Same guy comes back on Monday, runs the camera, then immediately tries to sell me a $2,100 re-pipe of the kitchen sink. No other options. No real explanation. Just straight to a massive upsell. Here’s the kicker: after he left, I poured some Drano down the drain—and surprise—it cleared right up. Sink works perfectly. No re-piping needed, just a basic clog. These guys were eith... read more
Not worth it, their plumber Kevin left a mess，very unprofessional, couldnt get get the job done right. When questioned him, all he had was excuses. Would not waste my time and money on this company again.
I called this company at 3pm and asked for a same day appointment. I was given a time frame of 4-5pm. They sent a text confirmation with the aforementioned time. We waited an hour and a half at the end of the day and they never called or showed up. I called them to ask for an updated time of arrival. The woman on the phone told me the technicians were “backed up” and said she could only get us in on the schedule THE NEXT DAY!!!!! Horrible customer service.
