Woke up on July 2nd to a plugged sewer pipe. Phoned Saskatoon office, was told 2 -3 hours. Service man showed up in 1 hour, and it took him a bit less than an hour to clear our blockage. Easy peasy, I mean this is how business should be run. And the bill was reasonable. Thank you!

Our water heater died and caused a flood. Amongst all the chaos with everything being pulled out and dryers everywhere. Rooterman/Joe plumber managed to squeeze us in right away and get us hot water again. They came and pulled the old one out and put a new one in, while having to go around the mess of pulled out carpet and debris everywhere. These guys are lifesavers. I highly recommend them.
