Charged us over 500 dollars two years ago (late post, i know) for 20 minutes of works. When i questioned he said “do you want to lug this up your roof? My roof is basically flat on and single level. I said yes if i had the equipment. Save yourself the money, rent a snake at home depot for 62 bucks and do it yourself. Unprofessional and rude
Jamie did a fantastic job with the plumbing work that was done. Added T junctions with stop valve and when he was finished it looked like he was not even there. All the pipes were routed super clean with clips against the wall and it looked like indeed a pro did the work. Would not hesitate to call Jamie back for any plumbing related work.
Darrell, and crew, came on time, gave upfront pricing estimates and lot of info for me to know what was causing the issue. They worked around my availability to get the necessary repairs done. Very courteous and got the jobs done quickly. Love that they cleaned and vaccuumed the job area before leaving. Definitely be using Rodenhiser again for my upcoming home repairs/services.

My garbage disposal started leaking and I immediately called Roto Rooter. They sent a technician to my home promptly. Since it was during covid, I am glad that we both wore masks during the installation. The visit was about an hour, since the technician already had a new garbage disposal in the truck. Great service, professional and on-time, however it was expensive!
